Classics at Cedar Park is a community of 77 single-family homes. There will be one- and two-story homes ranging in size from approximately 1,708 to 2,322 square feet. Homes will have 3 or 4 bedrooms and private, low-maintenance yards.

Yes. All buyers will be required to obtain Preliminary Approval from Chanelle Murphy / Bank of America or Keith Cova / Wells Fargo. For contact info and application process please click the FINANCING link.

Yes, however, we will require a preliminary approval from one of our Preferred Lenders in order to reserve a home.

Lot sizes vary but many homes have spacious and private rear yards perfect for entertaining, play time, and family pets. Lots average approximately 4,300 square feet and range from approximately 2,857 square feet to 8,621 square feet. Some homes also have an inviting front porch for enjoying time with family, friends, and neighbors.

Move-in dates vary depending upon the home. Please confirm estimated move-in projections for the home of your choice with the Community Sales Manager.

As a homeowner at Classics at Cedar Park you will automatically become a member of Classics at Ruschin Homeowners Association. Dues at build-out are $136/month, which include, among other things, operating and reserve funds for maintenance of and irrigation of common areas and front yard landscaping,  plus HOA management & accounting & liability insurance for the common areas. Projected HOA dues at build-out are based on a budget that has been reviewed by the California Bureau of Real Estate. Actual HOA dues at build-out may vary significantly.

Yes, we will be offering a referral fee to Brokers/Agents. To qualify for the referral fee, Brokers/Agents must accompany their clients on the client’s first visit to Classics at Evelyn Place and fill out the Broker/Agent registration form. Broker/Agent referral fee is not available for occupancy by the Broker or Agent in the transaction. Neither Broker nor Agent may be a party to the Purchase Agreement, Loan, or on Title for the home. All referral fees will be paid upon close of escrow directly to the referring Broker. No portion of the referral fee may be credited to the Buyer through escrow. Cedar Park is close to the Dumbarton Bridge, which crosses the San Francisco Bay to Menlo Park just 8 miles away in the San Francisco Peninsula.

Public transportation is also readily available with AC Transit bus services just one mile away and high-speed BART just 5 miles away.
